We get it, returns happen. That is why we want to try and save you the hassle of a return because they can be expensive! Please ask any questions you might have about the merchandise before purchasing by emailing fyhboutiquellc@gmail.com. We would be more than happy to answer them.
Return Policy:
If you are needing to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from when it was shipped to receive store credit. Merchandise must remain unworn, unwashed and unused. Any items that appear to be worn, washed, used, have stains, deodorant marks, hair, smoke, scratches, dents, etc. will not be eligible for return and will not receive store credit.
Making a Return:
Please read our above return policy.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your package has been received to process your return.
After your return has been processed, we will then send you a gift card via email with the email you provided at checkout.
Exchanges:
FYH Boutique cannot guarantee an exchange for any particular piece of merchandise due to limited quantities and how fast they sell out. We will, however, issue you store credit and if the item you are wanting is still available, you can purchase it. Otherwise, you can use your store credit towards any other merchandise you wish to purchase.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final and are not eligible for return.
Defective Items/Incorrect Items:
If it seems you have been shipped an item that is either defective or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of receiving it by sending a picture of the item to fyhboutiquellc@gmail.com.
